You're answering DMs at 10pm.
- You're answering DMs at 10pm.
- You're writing a caption in your head while your child tells you about their day.
- You know you should be posting, following up, sending the newsletter — there just isn't a version of the week where that fits.
- Maybe you've already tried ChatGPT and thought: this sounds nothing like me.
You're brilliant at the actual work. You're buried in the admin around it.
What you'll have at the end
A system that handles your emails, your posts and your client follow-ups in your own voice — and keeps working after the six weeks are over.
Not a folder of prompts you'll never open again. A system you own.
What it asks of you
60 minutes live each week, recorded so you can catch up if a child is ill.
The practice between weeks is your actual work — the email you were going to send anyway, the post you were dreading writing. Nothing gets added to your list.
Why we build your system in week one
Most AI training teaches you prompts first and personalisation last, if it gets there at all. That's why the tools have felt generic. You were talking to a stranger every single time you opened one.
We do it the other way round. In week one, before you learn a single clever prompt, you build your Foundation File — a document that tells AI who you are, what your business actually does, who you serve, what you sell and how you talk.
It's the difference between briefing a new temp every day and working with someone who already knows the business.
Three things follow from building it first:
- Every week compounds. Week two's voice work sits on top of week one's foundation. Week five's automation sits on top of both. Nothing is a standalone trick you'll forget.
- You stop rewriting the output. Most of the time people spend "using AI" is spent fixing what it gave them. Set up properly, that mostly goes away.
- It's yours to keep. The file leaves with you. It works in whatever tool you use next year.

What actually happens each week
Your Foundation
The problem this solves: You've opened an AI tool, typed something, got something bland back, and closed it again.
What we build: Your Foundation File. Who you are, what the business does, who your clients are, what you sell, what you'd never say, how you sound. We fill it in together on the call — you don't leave with a blank template and good intentions.
What you leave with: A working setup where AI already knows your business, and one real thing done with it before the call ends.
Between sessions: Use it once. Anything. See the difference for yourself.
Your Voice
The problem this solves: "It doesn't sound like me." The single most common reason women give up on this.
What we build: Your voice reference, taken from things you've actually written — a few emails, a post, a message to a client. Three or four real examples are enough to teach the pattern.
What you leave with: Writing that comes back sounding like you wrote it on a good day, not like a stranger with a marketing degree.
Between sessions: Send one real email you'd normally have put off.
The Admin Off Your Plate
The problem this solves: The enquiries you haven't replied to. The follow-ups you meant to send. The bit that quietly loses you money.
What we build: Your everyday working setup — enquiry replies, follow-ups, the awkward emails, the ones you rewrite four times. We cover how to ask for what you want so you get it first time, and what to do when the answer isn't right.
What you leave with: Your inbox handled in a fraction of the time, in your voice, without it sounding automated.
Between sessions: Clear one backlog. The one you've been avoiding.
Content Without More Hours
The problem this solves: You're invisible online because you're inconsistent, and you're inconsistent because there's no time.
What we build: One idea into many pieces — the post, the caption, the email, the reel script. Plus talking instead of typing, so you can do this in the car park at pick-up rather than at 10pm.
What you leave with: A fortnight of content from one twenty-minute conversation, all sounding like you.
Between sessions: Post twice. See what happens when it's genuinely your voice.
Done Once, Keeps Working
The problem this solves: You're still doing the same jobs from scratch every week — the weekly newsletter, the invoice chase, the class reminder, the monthly round-up.
What we build: We take the things you repeat and save them as workflows you run on command. You describe it once. After that it's one instruction.
What you leave with: Three of your own repeat jobs turned into something you trigger rather than build.
Between sessions: Run each one at least once, in the real week.
The System That Runs Without You
The problem this solves: Courses end and everything drifts back to how it was.
What we build: We connect the pieces to the tools you already use, set up the parts that can run to a schedule without you starting them, and write your plan for the next ninety days.
What you leave with: Your Foundation File, your voice reference, your saved workflows and a system that keeps going when the calls stop. Plus an honest count of the hours it's giving you back.
Between sessions: Nothing. You're running it now.
What you own when it's finished
- Your Foundation File
- Your voice reference
- Your working setups for enquiries, follow-ups and content
- Your saved repeat workflows
- A ninety-day plan in your own handwriting, not a template
All of it portable. None of it locked to one tool or one subscription.
What's deliberately not in this
- No coding. No jargon. If a nine-year-old couldn't follow it, I've written it badly and I'll rewrite it.
- No twenty new tools. One place to work, set up properly, is worth more than a stack of apps you'll abandon by March.
- No homework that isn't already your work. You don't have a spare hour. I know, because I don't either.
- No pretending it's hands-off from day one. Week one is real setup work. It's an afternoon's investment that pays back every week afterwards, and I'd rather say that plainly than promise it's effortless and lose you in week three.
Why me
I'm a teacher by training — PGCE, fifteen years making technical things usable for people who don't think of themselves as technical. That's the actual skill here, and it's a different skill from knowing about AI.
I'm also building this business in short blocks around a job and a family. So when I say the sessions are 60 minutes and the practice is twenty, that isn't a marketing decision. It's what I can do, and it's what you can do.
The founder member offer
for the full six weeks.
Five places only. A small cohort means every person's file gets looked at properly — that's the whole reason this works, and it's why the number doesn't move.
As a founder member, I'd ask two things of you in return:
- Your honest feedback as we go, so the next cohort is better than this one
- Your measured result at the end — the hours it gave you back — and a few words about the experience, if you're happy to give them
That's it. No catch, no upsell at week six.
What happens next
- Reply to claim one of the five places
- Calendar invites for all six Thursdays, plus the link to your recordings
First session: Thursday 27 August, 8pm.
Come as you are — no prep, no tech setup, nothing to install beforehand.
